I got married here in July and it was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My wedding coordinator was always available and helpful and answered all my questions. The wedding site is amazing, you can leave it as is or add your own decorations and make it perfect for you. It is perfect for the rustic-chic wedding. The seating for the wedding was perfect, since it is stadium style everyone had a great view. The dance floor is amazing with strung lights above it. they have a little gazebo you can put the cake in but since we were having a desert bar instead of just a cake I made the gazebo the bar and moved the desert to where the food was, it worked perfectly. There is nothing I would change about the whole thing. It was our perfect day!!!

If we could make a higher rating for value for cost we would! My fiance and I had been looking for something outside and everything was too expensive, then we were told about Pine Rose and knew the second we walked on to Hidden Creek, it was absolutely gorgeous and we were sold as soon as we heard the cost! Our coordinator was Sarai and she was always available when needed...she offered advice and answered all of my questions honestly, which is very refreshing. The venue is so gorgeous itself and all the recommended vendors work so well together that their is hardly anything to worry about on the day of. I have had several people come up to me and say it's the best wedding they've ever been to! Oh, and there's not a bad seat in the house...the table layout is great and setting up the seating chart was quite easy. We can't imagine a better place to get married and better people to walk through the process with!
Side note - if you can, get Hidden Creek the night before! They set up the top deck for your rehearsal dinner and it's so relaxing really a great little getaway for the wedding party. We hired a taco man to do our rehearsal dinner and everyone loved it!

We had such a great time planning our wedding with Pine Rose Cabins. Everyone is very nice and helpful through everything! We really enjoyed our stay in the Rustic Romance cabin as well!

Pinerose staff shoveled snow for 8 hours the day before our wedding, made a custom cake stand for us, remodeled their deck to accomodate our disabled guests, and took amazing care of us. The price was very reasonable because the venue includes a 20 person lodge, where all my family from out of state stayed. They made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

They were wonderful, answered all of my random questions that came up throughout the planning of the wedding very promptly. The tables and chairs were set up for us the night before so we could use them for the rehearsal dinner. They provided heaters and it was awesome. The set up was great, the lodge was amazing. We couldn't have chosen a better place to have our wedding.

Pine Rose Cabins are great to work with. You can use all their services or you can choose your own. They are very accommodating and genuinly nice people. Plus the location is beautiful with rustic wooden bridges, a nice dance floor and reception area, and a stream and pond. Its perfect for an outside mountain wedding.

Hidden Creek at Pinerose is an absolutely beautiful site! My guests, including children, loved it and had so much fun. The lodge is big and accommodating as well. We had many guests that traveled to be there, and some that were too intoxicated to drive, so it was nice to be able to offer them a place to crash after the ceremony and reception. Brides and grooms, if you don't want to spend your wedding night with over night guests in the lodge, be sure to book a cabin well in advance (I've heard the Rustic Romance cabin is nice). In my opinion, a cabin for the bride and groom should be included for the price.

The place was gorgeous!! We fell in love at first site. The staff and our wedding cordinator, Lynda was amazing. she was so helpful and did alot for us. The day itself was amazing as well. We happened to actually have the first snow wedding there! it may sound like a drag, but it all worked out as the Lord planned! it was cold, yes...but the most beautiful with fresh snow all around and our first dance was while it was snowing! most people would flip, but if you ever happen to want it in the winter, dont be scared too...well worth it! affordable too! God bless the staff and ALL who are considering this wonderful venue.

I fell in love with this venue when I saw it online. Seeing it in person makes it that much better. Sarai is absolutely phenomenal as well. She made everything so smooth the day before and day of our wedding. She helped keep everything on an even keel since we didn't have a wedding planner she pointed out where we might need some advice. My only complaint is she only responded to emails on Wednesday and Thursday and sometimes I wished she responded sooner.
I highly recommend this place. You get a lodge with the site that sleeps up to 24 people. Just make sure you bring towels!

This location is absolutely beautiful and I felt that the staff went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. It is an outdoor location, which was perfect of us, but there really is not an option to move indoors if the weather does not cooperate. We lucked out with a gorgeous day, but the next day was cold, cloudy, and rainy. They offer wedding packages, but you are also welcome to bring in all of your own vendors (we did a little of both). They are also part of a wedding association in the Lake Arrowhead area, which is nice because all of the vendors know each other and have worked together many times before. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a beautiful and intimate-feeling outdoor location.

Beautiful venue! Professionalism lacks, but the overall price was right. Needed to plan a wedding in 90 days and they made it happen! Dont use the caterer. Provide your own

I loved this location, at first. Still do, but the tailend (a week before the big day) things came up. In the beginning, it was the best deal we could find. Normally, it's simply a cabin to rent. When you rent it for a wedding, you have free-range to decorate as you see fit. As long as you're not drilling any holes. It's all there. An aisle, with an altar that needs some dressing up. It's just bare wood that looks a bit like antlers. The guest seats are stadium-style. They ascend up so everyone has a good view. They area is mic-ed for the ceremony. So everyone heard me blubbering in prefect clarity. Next to that is the dance floor with the most beautiful set up of lights. Easily my favorite moment of the night was dancing under those lights with my new husband. They had a very nice set-up for a dj area. We just planned out a playlist and had my brother plug in the ipod and press play. Worked out very well. This was one of the issues. They wanted first $500 to have someone there to watch and make sure we didn't break it. They were pretty much requiring that we hire one of their dj's, which were incredibly expensive. It got worked out. I took a step back, cause I felt myself getting very upset and tried desperately to avoid the bridezilla moment. My husband and maid of honor took care of it, that's why they're there. Next to the dance floor is the reception area. Again, stadium-style. Tables and chairs were provided. No table-cloths. Another thing I didn't know until the week of. The caterer was kind enough to lend us some. There was an adorable little gazebo for the cake table. It had it's own set of lights and a canopy net to protect the cake. We set up the bar next to the reception area and the caterer set up after that. My only complaint about this was I was not aware of all the changes they made. I found the place a year earlier and they had one price for everything. When we booked, we found that they wanted to charge for every single thing they could. They wanted a insurance fee to have someone serve the drinks. Like I said, normally this place is just a cabin and we had everyone serving themselves. It was a very casual thing. When all was said and done. Still the best day of my life. A few kinks, but as long as all the information is given and you know about all the little details beforehand, it's a great place. We had to make it what it was.
