I received so many compliments after the wedding on our DJ, Bruce. We planned a year out, and through it all Bruce was ALWAYS available to answer any and all our questions and concerns. I'm pretty indecisive and changed my mind several times, and he was always completely open to all our ideas. He made sure to do his part in achieving the type of reception we've always wanted. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Gus, from Battleson Entertainment, was the DJ at our wedding. He did a great job and multiple friends and family members have told me they enjoyed him. I had met with a few other DJs, but decided to book Gus because he was friendly, professional, flexible, and the price was good. He helped us choose our music (something we had a hard time with) and the day of the wedding he made sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were scheduled to be held outside. This was changed at the last minute due to weather issues and Gus easily accomodated the changes. I would definately recommend Gus and Battleson Entertainment!

Bruce was referred to me by a co-worker. She had researched several DJ's for her daughters wedding and had selected Bruce. I needed to find a DJ for my own daughter's wedding. I trusted her judgement and contacted him right away to hold the date.
Bruce is amazing. He is very approachable and easy to work with. I was impressed at how organized his process was for selecting the music for our special event. If I had a question I just sent him an email and had my answer the same day. At the wedding, he kept the party alive.
I cant say it enough, Bruce is AMAZING!!!!!!

Bruce was an awesome DJ in all parts. When we first met I knew he was the DJ I wanted right off the bat because he was very welcoming, listened and made me feel like he would do anything possible to make my day what I wanted, and he did just that. We met a few times to go over song selections and he was able to tell me what would keep people on the dance floor and even told me some of my songs selections that would be a bust, I appreciated that. With the wedding party introductions he had great song suggestions and went along with all the details we asked for to the T. This is a big thank you to Bruce for being the best wedding DJ! So many friends and family are still telling me how much they liked and has such a great time dancing. Bruce made the party go on and played just the right music. I can't thank him enough, for making our wedding a blast!!!!!!

Finding a DJ can be difficult, so I will give you a piece of advice: HIRE BRUCE/BATTLESON ENTERTAINMENT! You will definitely not be disappointed!!!!!
Bruce is AMAZING! He will cover everything with you: from songs you like, songs that guests like, flow of events, timing, how you want him to look/act, and everything in between. He was extremely helpful, very prompt, and was absolutely awesome at our wedding. We received tons of compliments about how everyone loved the music selection and the flow of the events, so we definitely have a lot to thank Bruce for. He effortlessly managed the flow of our event, gauged our crowd and determined the perfect music sets to play, and just generally was a wonderful asset to our wedding. He is worth everything you will pay him for, which is awesome because he offers very good rates.

Bruce was great!! He was fun to work with and gave me good feedback about the music that I chose (for example if he thought it would go over well on the dance floor or not). He is very organized and gave me a booklette to fill out with all kinds of information about us as a couple, our families, what we wanted our wedding to be like, and of course the music we like. It was very thorough and I definitely think it made communicating about what I wanted easier. He has a really laid back, chill personality and I liked working with him. Plus, I got an incredibly good price because my wedding was on a Tuesday! I went with the Turnip Rose for my venue, and he is very familiar with how they do things so that ensured that things would go smoothly as well. This is a good DJ!

Gus Garcia made our event fun and entertaining for us and all our guests. Bruce Battleson and Gus were responsive to our emails. Gus was flexible with our pre wedding meeting times and listened to our needs. Battleson Entertainment gets to know the wedding couple so they can customize the music to your personalities and to help fit the "feel" of your event. A fun time was had by all and Gus played an important part in that. Thanks Gus!

Bruce was the best Dj ever! He dj'd my wedding last night and I could not have been happier!!! I listen to a lot of music, so Bruce knew he had a big job when he signed on as my wedding Dj! He is super professional, friendly, so easy to work with, reliable, he played such good music that everyone was on the dancefloor all night! Everyone told me that I had the best music that they had ever heard at a party, let alone wedding! I am so happy and will remember it for the rest of my life! Bruce is the absolute best!! We first heard at about Gus at our friends wedding the previous summer, he was amazing!!! We had to hire him for our wedding and he was just as great. I absolutely recommend using Bruce as your wedding dj!! He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I used to work at a catering company, so I have seen Bruce work many weddings and he is an awesome MC. That's why I knew I could trust him with my wedding. Bruce was a fantastic DJ. We had guests beg us at the end of the night not to let him stop becuase they were enjoying the music so much! We had requested a mix of indian and western music and he worked everything in really well. He was creative in selecting music to make sure people were always on the dance floor and he assumed the personality that we desired for our wedding DJ. He worked well with our MCs and the venue staff to make sure everything flowed well. Additionally, when were planning the wedding, Bruce asked us some really great questions to help us really think about what we wanted our wedding to be.

When we started our DJ search, our biggest concern was accidentally getting a DJ that thought he was the star of the show, a comedian or super cheesy. We really wanted someone who would watch the crowd and play the music according to them while staying in the background. We wanted a full dance floor without any cheesy gimmicks. After a lot of research, we found Bruce Battleson, and we are so happy we did. Bruce Battleson is an awesome DJ! We were impressed with his organization, philosophy and professionalism right away. We felt very comfortable and excited hiring him to be our DJ for our July, 2011 wedding, and after all was said and done, he did not let us down. Bruce had the party going all the way to the end. He did exactly what we asked and was very easy to work with. Many of our guests commented on what a great DJ he was and how much they enjoyed the music selection. We whole heartedly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a DJ. I would without a doubt hire him for another event.
