From the moment I found Erin's Angel Bride Program I knew I was going to have the wedding of my dreams. I told Erin what I wanted and what I could afford and Erin and her team made it all happen! Without Erin, we would not have had alot of important details. Everyone at my party gave me great compliments on the flower arrangements. linens and overall set up! Erin was my fairy godmother; she made all my dreams come true for my special day. Erin answered every email and concern promptly and professionally; her team arrived on time and set up everything wonderfully. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank You Erin!!!

Its nice that Erin has so many nice reviews here but I find that really hard to believe that these are all actual clients based on my expereience. I had a pretty good experience with Erin personally based her contact up until my actual event, my wedding reception, and then it was just a disaster and was the most stressful experience I had, and mind you, I had alot of things that didn't go according to "plan" between our wedding in Kona, Hawaii, and then our reception here in California which Erin was hired for. This was by far the only thing that actually really upset me and caused me actual "oh my gosh I cant belive this" kind of stress throughout my entire wedding/reception events. I tried my best to resolve the issues personally with Erin before writing this review and sharing all of the information but she unfortunately chose to lie and tell us she was processing a refund for a certain amount all of the issues and things that were not done or went wrong but the refund never came, and has been avoiding my attempts to contact her since. Yes, she is cheap, but not that cheap, and honestly it was not worth all of the stress it caused me, my wedding party and my family and friends that all ended up setting up the entire event ourselves because the "Crew" she sent consisted of her elderly family members that could barely walk back and forth to bring boxes from their truck and a couple of other people who had no clue what they were doing. Erin herself had another event on that day so she told me she was sending her best crew, turns out she just sent over some family members that all acted like they didnt want to be there and had no idea what was going on. Yes, it is a "family" business and that is great in theory, however it isn't great when you send people to set up your wedding event that #1 are too old or not in good enough health to be lifting and carrying boxes around, #2 have no experience in setting up what they were sent to set up, such as lights, #3 give you attitude when you ask them about things THEY forgot to bring or were supposed to do. They were not professional or friendly at all. Honestely the whole crew she sent worked about as hard as just 1 of my family or friends who came to help. If we had not stepped in I am confident that they would have never finsished setting up the tables and linens or it wouldnt have been done until around 9pm, and our event started at 6pm. Another major issue was that they forgot all of our banquet linenes and had to send one of the crew back to their "office" to go get them, delaying us from having the banquet/food areas set up by over an hour. Also, the linens and overlays they did send for the actual guest tables were SO wrinkly, my friends and family were cringing that we had to put them on like that. We could not believe she actually sent them that way. We even took pictures and emailed to Erin after the event. Once they finally arrived with the banquet linens they forgot, which were all mismatched and huge and wrinkly, they STILL forgot to bring some of the ones that were missing in the first place, AND there werent enough silverware settings, so some of the tables we couldnt even put the right amount of forks, knives or spoons on. Also, one of the guest tables didnt have linens even though it said right on my invoice that I would have 14 tables. It was sad. Also, the glasseware did not match, and many of them looked dirty with waterspots and I didnt even want to put them out. Since most her crew could barley walk back and forth and the others just didnt care, my, my mom, my mother in law, my bridal party, friends, and even our other vendors stepped in and were literally running around the tables setting up the place settings, linens, glasses, chairs, and everything else her "Crew" wasnt doing. At a few different times during the event, her parents or elderly family members were just sitting in the truck or hanging out while we were running around sweating trying to set up. I was supposed to leave the venue no later than 430 to go get ready before our 6:00 reception but due to all of the problems and her crew not doing their job my entire wedding party stayed with everyone to finish the set up until 5:30pm, delaying everything by almost an hour that night. I have only posted positive reviews from all other vendors on wedding wire, and plan to on this site as well. And I am not a mean, picky person by any means, but I feel like I was scammed, all of my family and friends there were asking what kind of company I hired and telling me to get a full refund. In actuality I did not want a full refund, I did not want Erin to "Lose" money on the event, I just wanted to be compensated for what was not done, the items I paid for that were not brought or were brought in an unusable condition and the set up fee for the things that her crew didnt set up. We agreed on a very fair amount for the compensation and Erin emailed me that she was processing the refund the week after the event. That never happened and she has decided to not respond to my emails. Since she has no customer service and obviouslly does not care about resolving issues, I am sharing this informaiton to other brides so they know the risk and don't have to go through all of this when you are supposed to enjoy your day (And the weeks after). I am also now in the process of disputing her charge with my credit card company since she failed to process the refund she agreed to and I have all of our conversations in writing. My friends and family will be posting reviews of their expereice with her as well. One of my bridesmaids actually refered me to Erin and is so upset about all this and she will be posting a reveiw as well. Feel free to contact me directly for more info. Also, I forgot to mention that on the day of my event when all of the issues starting happening, I tried to contact Erin direclty on her cell, as she said she would be avialable for any questions or problems, but she never answered or returned my calls, and conveniently told me 2 days later when she finally called me emailed me back, not even called that she didnt have phone service where she was at that day. However, I did hear her "crew" on the phone that day going over issues with someone and I have a pretty strong suspicion that it was Erin and she just chose not to take the calls from me, the bride, her client. Real professional.

Flowers were absolutely beauitful..Many people told us the best they have ever seen! Rentals were very resonable and on time and as wedding planners they helped fix a few mistakes we made in a pinch which was great and very nice. Kindof a family type business that is very sweet.

I am a fan of Erin! We were doing the wedding ourselves, with no family help, and were on a tight budget. She wove her wand and did so many wonderful things for us. From a tiara in my hair to kissing balls down the aisle, she saved us hundreds of dollars. Not to mention she connected me with Hair Comes the Bride who did an amazing day making me feel beautiful that day.I gave only 4.5 in quality stars because I only had the pleasure working with her for partial planning as I did most of it myself.I am still thinking of something special I can do to thank Erin for helping me with the last minute details, rehearsal, and the day of planning. There were a few glitches, but I never knew about them and she helped take care of everything so I could be at peace and enjoy my day.Thank you Erin.

Erin did a fabulous job keeping me focused without adding undue stress. Most of her vendor recommendations were spot on and I was very happy with them. She was able to capture the essence of the theme without much input as I am not the most articulate in certain matters. She was quick to answer texts and/or e-mails and always very positive. If she was busy she never told me. Highly recommend Erin for any of your event planning!!

I am so blessed Kitty from Kitty's Catering referred me to Events Taylormade. They were instrumental in making my day happen. The rentals were at a price that can not be beat ANYWHERE and the staff was so great. Hard working and kind. We especially love Cliff, he was the person we met with initially to talk about our day. We were so lost on where to start, what to do, what to have...and he guided our decisions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He is just such a NICE guy. When arrived the day of to deliver the rentals he has the best attitude. Smiled a ton and helped us with set up. He really went above and beyond our expectations. If you are considering using Events Taylormade, please do, you will be met by the kindest most catering company. I felt at ease knowing this company was going to wrap up the day for us. Thank you!

For the price, she is amazing. If you are on a tight budget she will make sure you don't go over and still have the look you want.

Unfortunately I was not at all happy with the coming days and day of my wedding services. I have not yet put together the review that I will send to her personally but let me just say this. She schedule 3....3 weddings on my wedding day! And she told me she would be at mine but instead sent her high school and college daughter and husband to be my day of coordinator. There was a lot of mistakes and the floorplan and design was not what I explained I wanted...they forgot to hand out my favors, for the ailse runner....didn't announce us as we walked into the reception. kept my family waiting outside in 90 degree weather cause they weren't finished setting up when the place was open at 8am and my reception didn't start til 5:30! I am missing some of my own personal items I bought....just horrible. Her husband was however very nice and accomodating to the things we needed but I told the planner I didn't want to be asked any questions and her team kept coming to me asking what to do next! I told them when to do the first dance, cake cutting, garter and bouqet tosses....I thought she had all of that written down and scheduled??? Her price was great and she offered a lot of things for free that you would normally have to rent but if I had to do it again I would have rather gotten a more professional high paid planner and paid top dollar to have a seamless reception than what I was given.

Without Erin my wedding day would have never been possible.. 1. She put together a budget that was flexible for us to work with, since our funds were extremely tight. 2. her generosity was unbelievable.....she donated so much to help make my day a dream come true. (linen, dinnerware, tierra, the tuxes and dress for my sons and flower girl, the cake topper) 3. Along with her team, she made all the centerpieces and the bouquets. 4. Her and her husband decorated the church and reception hall, which was to die for beautiful ! 5. I used her D.J. and Artistic Cakes Baker which were both amazing and did a fabulous job making my day even more special... 6. she Coordinated the entire wedding to perfection, which left me and my groom stress free. I absolutely could not complain even when I left our wedding rings at the hotel and had to run back to get them, right when the ceremony was about to start.. 7. Last but not least between her and her husband they set up everything which was amazing and cleaned up the entire church and reception hall. In fact the next day the owner of the hall made it a Point to let us know how much CLEANER it had been when it was returned.... I can honestly say i was the happiest bride and couldn't of asked for anything more! I would gladly highly recommend Erin and her team at Event TaylorMade to all my family and friends!!!!!!

I only have two nice things to say about Events Taylor Made: 1.) they respond to e-mails and phone calls promptly 2.) they picked up my cupcakes from the baker, which saved us quite a bit of money.Other than that, we were not happy. Here is the list of bad things that happened due to our day of coordination. I want to say that everything else was great that day, but only because of the amazing staff of our wedding venue. I now wish I had not wasted the money on Events Taylor Made. 1.) The two coordinators assigned to us were dressed very unprofessionally. One of our groomsmen had to go up to the male coordinator and tell him to tuck in his shirt and pull up his tie. Before that he looked like he had just woken up from a night of boozing. 2.) The female coordinator, Crystal, seemed very unprepared and caused quite a bit of confusion among the officiant and groomsmen about the procession into the ceremony. This actually resulted in the officiant, groom, and groomsmen walking in the wrong way.3.) Neither of the coordinators were inconspicuous during the ceremony. They are in the background of a number of our ceremony pictures, and as a result the pictures are not usable. They ruined one very special photo of my father walking me down the aisle. 4.) After the ceremony when we were returning from taking pictures to prepare for our grand entrance one of the coordinators was supposed to be there to guide the wedding party to the entrance location and collect the wedding bouquets. Not only were they nowhere to be found and therefore completely unhelpful, but my husband had to jump off the back of a golf cart and walk into the cocktail hour prior to our entrance and try to find them. No one knew where either coordinator was (this was a common theme throughout the night). When my husband found Crystal, she was eating and drinking and told him to hold on a minute while she finished eating. Finally we got her to the grand entrance site and she collected all the bouquets after we told her what to do (yet another example that she was completely unprepared, especially considering we had reviewed this plan the day before at the rehearsal).5.) During dinner she came over and interrupted my husband and I to ask a question, which could have been asked later, and therefore more appropriately timed. She then proceeded to stay squatting by us and continued to talk to us despite the fact we had already answered her question. This was a time which would have been nice for my new husband and I to get a chance to talk and enjoy the evening just the two of us. Then she proceeded to ask me who the mother of the groom was so she could go ask her a question. Personally, I think a wedding coordinator should make it their business to figure out who the parents of the wedding couple are without having to interrupt the newlyweds in the middle of dinner.6.) Later on that night Crystal came up to me while I was dancing to ask me yet another question. She asked it and then continued to linger again. I understand she may not have wanted to abruptly end the conversation, but this is probably one of those times were it is OK to ask a question, get an answer, and leave the bride (immediately) to enjoy her night. We will say that Erin herself (the company owner) showed up for the rehearsal, but was not our actually day of coordinator. Leading up to the day and including the rehearsal, Erin was very professional and responsive. She did a good job at the rehearsal. So, our advice, if you choose to use Events Taylor Made (which we would highly discourage), specifically request to NOT have Crystal or her male sidekick be your day of coordinators.

Throughout my wedding planning, everyone I knew told me that at a minimum, I needed to have a coordinator for the day of my wedding. At first, the control freak in me thought I had everything set. However, as I got down to the last few months before the wedding, I knew that I would not want to be concerned with any details on the "day of". And that's where Erin came in. I have to tell you that she (and her husband) were our lifesavers that day. From being at the venue to coordinate our vendors, to setting the details on the tables, to keeping us exactly on time for every moment, they handled everything. And it was just reassuring to know that we had her in our corner to handle anything that came our way. Every bride talks about how something always goes wrong on their wedding day, but if that was the case, I never knew about it and my day truly was perfect. I have to think that Erin and her team had a lot to do with that. So, if you are looking for a wedding coordinator to do all of your planning or just someone to be there for you on the day of - Events Taylor Made should be your coordinator of choice. Another thing great about Erin's company is their Angel Bride program - it's nice to know that there are people out there that really believe a wedding is about the love, and not about how much you can spend to throw a lavish party. Me and my husband highly recommend Erin and Events Taylor Made!

My husband and I got married this past September and Erin was our Day of Coordinator as well as our Florist. Our flowers were hands down amazing! They were a great price and they looked beautiful. She has a picture of them on her website. As far as Day of Coordination, Erin was helpful from start to finish. She recommended her contacts, and we used her DJ and caterer, which were both great! Our wedding was on a budget and Erin really REALLY helped us by providing the center pieces, linens, and tables for our reception. We would not have been able to pull it all off without her help. Her resources were such a benefit to us, and I would be happy to recommend her services again!

Erin Taylor was the one responsible for our incredible night. Without her, we would not have gotten our dream wedding. She was available from the moment we met to help answer all my questions. She decorated and designed the venue absolutely beautifully, and we could not have asked for a more giving, generous coordinator.

From the day we decided to hire her as our wedding planner until the day after our wedding, Erin was a dream come true!My family lives in Florida, so planning a wedding by myself in California, with little in the way of local connections seemed like a scary task. That's when we found Events Taylor Made. It seemed too good to be true, a wedding planner with heart, not just in it for the commission in Orange County?! With her assurance that we could make the wedding we wanted on a budget that other planners scoffed at, we decided Erin and Events Taylor Made would be our choice. I couldn't be happier with our decision! One great strength of Events Taylor Made is that they have a networks of GREAT vendors. They are able to find you excellent people to work with, at prices to fit your budget. Every vendor that Events Taylor Made connected us with was not only at excellent prices, but they were AMAZING at their work. The second thing that made Events Taylor made a great decision was the Fairy God Mother's Closet. Anything we didn't think about or didn't have, Events Taylor Made was able to provide. For example, they provided china dishes at the reception, so we didn't have to use the caterer's plastic plates. They lent me a card box for guests to give gifts, I hadn't even thought about that and they had the perfect one to use already! They even designed and arranged my flowers for me, so I didn't have to deal with a florist in addition to everything else! Finally, why everyone should choose Events Taylor Made, is Erin. She is the mastermind behind the company. She provides the heart and is the reason I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day. She was my cheerleader through the whole planning process. She found me great vendors, helped me with negotiating and price checking, and was a soundboard while I thought through all the details of my day. After I had planned all I felt I could, I handed it all over to Erin, and she seamlessly took over and made it into an amazing event!I was in awe during our reception at how Erin had understood my vision, and created the event I had imagined! The very best feeling was at the end of the wedding reception after our grand exit, as we drove away from the party. I had just had the best day of my life! And my friends or family wouldn't even have to clean up the mess!I can not recommend Erin or Events Taylor Made enough! You can afford your perfect wedding, and a GREAT wedding planner.

June 12, 2010. A day I will never forget. No words can ever begin to describe how I felt or what was going threw my mind. But I’ll try. Wow, my wedding! And I say my wedding because before I met my wife the dream was mine. After we meet then it became ours. OUR dream wedding! It was never anything big. Rather an inexpensive, unforgettable, delightful, beautiful but most of all perfect wedding. Yes. It sounds impossible. Or at least we thought it did in the beginning. Well with about four or five months left of planning you would think so too. Until, our prayers were answered. Her name is Erin Taylor. The Fairy God Mother of weddings. Humm… I can’t even think of where to begin. Auh yes, how about our vision. My wife and I had this vision that on our wedding day, our guests would not be turned into waiters and waitresses or be turned into clean up crew. (This would have happened unless we had our wedding at an expensive hotel) We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our time with family and friends. Well, had it not been for Erin none of that would have come true. Thank the Lord for her. Erin took care of every detail big or small. With ‘The Day Of’ package she was there and took a huge amount of stress off my wife and I. Now, don’t worry I am not going to lie to you and tell you I was 100% stress free. I wasn’t. I’m human. I stressed about everything. I wanted to know how it all looked. I wanted to know if Erin understood my rambles as I went on and on about my dream wedding? Did Erin understand my ideas, my thoughts? Did she understand MY dream? Well when my wife and I arrived at the reception hall we both were amazed. Every detail was there. From the lights on the trees to the candles on the table. The drink set up to the place settings. The decorations to the staff. What an amazing job. No words can be said about her staff that would tell even a fraction of what they meant to me. All were kind, polite and respectful. You don’t get that kind of service at a high class restaurant. Although, because it was my dream that is what I got. Erin Taylor is Magnificent at what she does, Erin and her staff. With her that night was her mom and dad, which I had the pleasure of meeting. (I can now see where she gets her outstanding attitude from) And I would challenge any of you looking for a wedding planner to go with Erin Taylor. Her prices are right, the service is best and you’ll be glad you didn’t even consider the rest. To all those who want their dream wedding at a dream price, get it TaylorMade. I am Michael Garcia and Erin, TaylorMade my dream wedding. Feel free to contact me through Erin for a face to face or over the phone reference.

Erin did a wonderful job putting everything together for the reception. She totally came through with the items she let us borrow from her company. Everything went great, we couldn't have done it without her and her team!

When I first spoke to Erin she not only made my day...she made my whole wedding!! She took me from paper plates and plastic cups, to beautiful settings with chargers, wine and water glasses. She always e-mailed me right back from her blackberry when I had a question. I have no idea what I would have done without Events Taylor Made. I was able to do a lot myself, and create my own vision of my ceremony and reception...and Erin and her crew turned that into a reality :] The best part is that they work with your budget. They even have a program where you can rent items for free if you donate to the "fairy godmother's closet". Truely and amazing company!!!!

Erin was great, but she didnt decorate the venue the way she said it was going to be. I bought about 200 yards for draping and It didnt look the way she showed me in a sketch. Things did run smoothly though.
