Pilot Limousine Service

I went with Pilot limousine services because they gave me the best offer in terms of price. They never called to confirm my reservation during the week of the wedding so I had to call them. Aside from that, when they called to finally get the details of the wedding, 2 days before the wedding, they asked if they could cut my time with them an hour shorter so that they could accomodate for some kids going to prom! The day of the wedding, the driver was 10 minutes late. The driver was very nice and accomodating other than that. Before we got out, he told us that a DIFFERENT limo was going to come and pick us up so we couldn't leave our stuff inside. All of my bridesmaids had to carry their purses inside and give it to somoene. HORRIBLE! And when we got out of the ceremony, the other limo got "lost" and was 20 minutes late! I'd take your money elsewhere. Limos end up being really important so make sure you go with a more responsive, accomodating, and professional company!!!
