The Tijuana Dogs

This band is awesome. We hired the cellist and violinist to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and the full band for the reception. They were amazing, our guests were on the dance floor the ENTIRE NIGHT. We didn't even finish half our rounds saying hello when we looked at the other part of the room and all the tables were empty because they were already out dancing. Matt is a phenomenal singer and he even learned "Lonestar" so they could do our first dance. I couldn't have been happier with them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly, they were worth every penny.

First of all, I love the Tijuana Dogs. I love them so much that I had to have them play at my wedding. PROS: They are amazing and can play almost any cover song. One of the band members is a professional cellist, so he can play for the ceremony. Everyone raved about the music. You provide the electricity and a stage, they provide everything else. CONS: They are expensive. At times, they are difficult to get in touch with. I was very upset when I got charged extra for the cellist to play during the ceremony. There was nothing in the contract that mentioned an extra fee. They like to take a lot of breaks. I had to do a lot of prep work including typing up the songs I wanted and did not want and providing an I-pod with songs to be played during the breaks. Overall, I would hire them again. I had the best time at my wedding because the Tijuana Dogs have a great presence and know how to work a crowd.

The Tijuana Dogs played at two of my girlfriend's weddings so I knew what I was getting into.....A great band who WALWAYS delivers a great show! My wedding was no exception. They were awesome and everyone enjoyed their performance.

This band is the BEST!! They had all of our guests dancing ALL night!! And everyone raved about them afterwards. In fact, our guests chanted "one more song" when the reception finished. They are a definite crowd pleaser. I cannot recommend them enough!! The only issue is returning calls - sometimes they do not respond to your calls or emails for a long time. However, as it get closer to the wedding date, they called back quicker. Regardless, they are the best. You can't get a better band!!
