The Walk Down the Aisle

Gina was absolutely fabulous and essential to the success of our wedding. We hired her to do "day of" coordination for the weekend of our wedding but she did so much more than that. She was available to answer any questions for us in the months before the wedding, recommended some great caterers and other vendors and helped us with the ordering. She knew the best times to have what delivered and the best set up for our venue. When I'd update her on my planning thoughts, she'd make comments, share ideas and had some great money-saving suggestions. We were planning from across the country and found both her knowledge of the area and experience in the industry extremely helpful. On site she was a god-send. I had a tricky vendor (that I brought in myself, not one of her suggestions) that she dealt with very professionally but firmly. She thought of things that I never would have (sand for the ash trays for instance...who knew we knew so many smokers?) and made sure everything ran smoothly. All of her vendors were very professional and did their job as planned. Because I trusted her so much I was able to freak out about other things like getting to talk to everyone instead of being burdened with logistics. Bottom line: Having Gina as our wedding planner was a great value. If I had to do everything over again with half the money, I would serve hot dogs & PBR to my guests before cutting Gina out of the budget. I can't even imagine how stressful my wedding would have been without her!

Gina is awesome! She was extremely helpful in planning our wedding ( I was not a girl with a wedding binder), and the day of I did not have to worry about anything. She worked within our budget and somehow just made things happen. She has great vendors for flowers, lighting, and catering who she works with and who are also amazing. I honestly cannot say enough positive things...our wedding day was truly the best day and we have Gina to thank!
